Q. How much will your services cost?
A. I will meet with you to evaluate your landscape needs. Then you will receive a written proposal
for any new landscape design proposed.
Q. Can I do the project in stages?
A. Most projects can be broken down into stages and you can choose which stage you would like
to be done and in which order or time frame is acceptable.
Q. How to care for your plants after they are planted?
A. Flowers: Water daily for 30 minutes with a sprinkler after initial planting or transplanting for 3 weeks,
then 3 times a week for the rest of the season. During a dry spell (more than 1 week without heavy rain or a couple of days of high 90-deg temps), water daily for 30 minutes with a sprinkler.
A. Shrubs: Water daily for 30 minutes with a sprinkler after initial planting or transplanting for 2 weeks, then 3 times a week for the rest of the season. During a dry spell (more that 1 week without heavy rain), water daily for 30 minutes with a sprinkler.
A. Trees: Water every other day by leaving a hose trickling around tree trunk for 1-2 hours for small trees and 3-4 hours for large trees for 3 weeks, then 2-3 times a week for the rest of the season. Second year trees still need large quantities of water. If it is dry, leave a hose tricking around trunk for several hours from time to time.
Q. The leaves are turning yellow?
A. There a 3 main reasons a plant will turn yellow. 1. Under watering / dry soil. 2. Over watering /
please be sure that you check the soil for dryness and only water when feels dry to touch. 3. Could be nothing but stress from the sun, which will correct itself.
